Kenmore 20.6 cu. ft. Upright Freezer (2804) —

We purchased this freezer and it was delivered with no problem until the next day. When I checked the freezer I noticed condensation inside the freezer and within a week I had about two inches of ice all over the inside. I noticed the seal was messed up on the side and called to have a tech come fix it. The tech came out and said the door was warped and he had to order a new one. Two weeks later the door arrived and the tech advised me that the door was damaged and it would be another week or so before a new one. I called and asked for another freezer be delivered which they did but again when I checked it the next day it was doing the same thing as the first one. We got a refund and bought a different freezer from another store and it works great. It looks like SEARS needs to look into this freezer and recall it for defects.
