“Endorsed by the #1 Consumer Magazine”

After reading the endorsement from the leading Consumer magazine, I purchased this air cleaner for my bedroom. Within a few days, I noticed that we slept better, the air was fresher and niether my husband or I woke up with a cough. The real test was when I moved it to the front room. That night when I entered the bedroom, wow, you could really feel the difference. The air was stale and the room seemed warmer than usual. The next day I went to Sears and purchased another one for the bedroom since I wanted to leave the other one in the front room. “Kenmore 200 CADR Hepa Air Cleaner”

I love this air cleaner. I have had mine for a couple of years now and it has proved reliable over and over again. I initially purchased it for my daughter who had a tracheostomy. But, I soon found out how much I loved it as well because of my asthma. It pulls so much dust out of the air. Shortly after turning on the Hepa Cleaner, you can feel the difference in the room. The air feels cooler and cleaner. When you see how much stuff is in the prefilter, it is amazing. It even kept my central air system cleaner and functioning better. “Why pay more ??”

Ultimately what is anyone looking for a cleaner to achieve ? What are the components that delivers that performance ? Pure and simple it is the filter for cleaning and the motor for delivery.. This is not esoteric science unavailable to the layman. The clean air depends on the filter ,volume on the motor. Our dilemma is cost ; both initial purchase and filter replacement-reliability is in the motor not the filter. Most everyone agrees that HEPA filters are the best- ultimately most used-therefore easier to find and cheaper ( I still don't agree with the cost $ 39 to 49 but .... ) The pre filter... read full review »

“Try for you'r self!”

We are very pleased with our HEPA air pureifer! I purached it for my 2 y/o. due the high amout of allergies that she has we were forced to buy a HEPA filter for the home. 1 thing that that drew me in is the Kennmore name, and 2nd is the AHAM ratings. This piticular model happens to not only rate the highest in each catagory, but has a great price on it! My suggestion is to try it for you'r self! you wont be dissiponted!
