“Not quiet as website claims”

Kenmore 24 in. Portable Dishwasher — 

I bought this model for my mother in Jan. 08. Even though the website claims this model has the "quiet package", I assure you, this thing is LOUD! There is no insulation at all. Another issue we had is that the motor needs to be replaced. After many calls to Sears (24 people were spoken with over the course of a month), they did offer to replace the motor at their expense but no consideration was given to provide insulation. Very frustrating experience. Nobody spoken with was willing to take responsibility for the fact that their website had incorrect information listed. The reason why I gave it two stars is because the model is attractive and seems to do an adequate job cleaning dishes.
