This is a machine you will not have to worry about. Put the Sears extra warranty on it, you wont be sorry. I have been renewing mine for years and finally had to use it in the 8th year. Sears came out the next day and fixed the problem, free of charge. Go Kenmore!

This is the first Kenmore product that I have purchased in at least 30 years and I am sold on this product. It performs flawlessly, holds twice as much as my old washer and cleans so much better, even with a large load. I am just waiting for my old dryer to die so I can buy a matching Kenmore Dryer. Since purchasing this washer I have been so pleased with it that I also purchased a Kenmore Floor/Rug Cleaner. I think I will be "shopping at sears and saving" more and more as time go on. My washer was delivered and set up within 2 days of ordering it online. It has no frills, but works well to keep up with the laundry of our large family. A nice, sturdy washer for the price, and the 2 day speedy delivery was GREAT (4 kids and a broken down washer is an emergency in my opinion, but with the 2-day delivery of the new washer, our dirty laundry didn't even get a chance to pile up!!). I would definitely recommend this washer, Sears, and the delivery service to family and friends.

This is a great product. I enjoy using it because it may not be the most expensive but it works wonders with my families colothes considering I have three kids and I often find their clothes hard to get clean. If you want something that is not so expensive but gives you quality performance, then this is the product for you.

My old Kenmore's were over 23 years old and still worked when I gave them to a neighbor who needed a set. I then treated myself to something new to go with my new laungry room and I love them, my clothes come out so clean and they are virtually wrinkle free.

15 years ago I moved into my first apartment...my grandmother offered to purchase my washer and dryer for me. Having grown up in a home with only Kenmore appliances, I knew that the brand would be Kenmore. To date, I've had absolutely no problems/complaints with either appliance!!! The Kenmore brand continues to be reliable! Thanks...

Too many problems happen in life and when a product like this is dependable at all times, it just makes life alot easier. Sears reputation is a plus! Sears washer (and dryer) have also worked each and every time. It's nice to have a product that's there when needed. Thanks for your reliability and keep it going!

From Price to results, I have had nothing but a smooth, easy to use, content feeling, knowing my wash isn't loud, and not one problem has arose since my kenmore puchase.. Look no futher, this provides all your needs without hassle, and long lasting dependabilty is a given!!

This is a great washer for the price. I have not had a problem with it at all. It was delivered quickly. Once you get it home you connect it and start washing. It is easy to use and it washes like it should. I am very happy with my purchase!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only is this a great washing machine; it is a great value as well. I was also impressed with the well written and detailed unpacking and setup instructions. Very easy to follow. The new hoses were an appreciated bonus.

washer has basic functions,nothing fancy but is excellent. Also, ordered online had my washer in two days, delivery was efficient and they took the old washer for a very small fee. It was so fast and easy.
