nothing but trouble

I purchased this oven just over one year ago. It worked fine a few times. One day the bottom oven preheated and then turned off. I was not sure if I had set it right so next time I watched it as it preheated. Sure enough, the bottom oven would turn off at the click of the preheat signal. Repairmen came out numerous times, replaced parts numerous times. Thank God I purchased the master plan maintenance contract! My whole kitchen is filled with Kenmore appliances. Sears has replaced the oven free of charge. I would recommend that if you have any new appliance purchase in your future, invest a couple... review »

Excellent Product -But

This is an excellent product for the price. The functions for this product is good, except it does not have a lower self-cleaning option. This is a problem for me because being elderly I am unable to get down low to clean the oven. I wish this product came with a lower self-cleaning function. Other than this I enjoy my Double Wall Oven.

Disappointed with my Kenmore 30 in. Electric Double Wall Oven

The performance of this oven is wonderful...but the inside cavity chips. The interior cavity has been replaced and it still chips. Particals appeared within the door window after cleaning. Placed a service call and had it replaced.

If I had to select a new oven, it would not be this one. The problem I have now is the "hole in the cabinet" is cut for this size double oven.

I have purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator, cooktop and double oven. I would not do so again.

We built a new house and I choose all black appliances. Excellent decision. It makes a clean and classy look. I love this oven. It is easy to keep clean and looking new.
