Kenmore 30" Freestanding Gas Range 7748 — 

Purchased stove and had installed on 10/16 discovered a problem with the oven  and called tech support they assured me a tech would call within 24 hours. After 3 days I started calling Customer Service. several weeks and calls and still no tech. I hired a local reairman to come and look he said I had a faulty valve and warranty would cover it but he could not do it. (230.00 labor to diagnose) Called customer service a couple more times and they said I could return the stove. That would be a 250 mile round trip on my dime and still no stove. Finally I was called by a tech on 11/16. ( yes one month later) He said he would have to order the part and it would take 7-10 days.  ???? Has Sears not heard of NEXT DAY AIR??? Well it is now 11/22 with Thanksgiving in 4 days and still no part. And still Sears does not seem to care. Been a loyal Sears customer for years this will change. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!! Will make an actual product review if it is ever fixed.
