“Water Softner Purchase and Installation”

Kenmore 350 Series Water Softener — 

I have always used products that I have purchased from Sears. The products have all been very dependable, durable and have lived up to my expectations. Sears has always stood behind their products and has been there to answer questions and sell spare parts for the products they sell even if the product is ten years old. All of these are the reasons that I made the decison to purchase the Water softner from you. I was a little disappointed with installation charges since the description of the standard installation matched my current intallation pretty closely. when the installer arrived he informed me that there would be an additional charge of $155 because of the work involved. The used two copper flex hoses and six copper fittings on my existing piping. It was disappointing to me because ot the description of the standard installation and the price given in the description. The product is working fine and the workmanship is great.

<p>That happened to us too! We were quoted a price for installation and when the guys came, they asked for an additional $150 with the check being made out to them. We won't buy from Sears again.</p>
