How do you get to it? I cannot find an online manual.

This is only a generic answer from experience no familiarity with the model but with electric water heaters in general.  If you look at the heater picture you see those two blue doors?  Remove the two screws and under the insullation should be the thermostats.  There may be an overload device at each one.

Perhaps there will be a red button you can push.  DO make sure your electric is off before attempting this.  If you dont have a tester get one.  Check your tester on a known live source.  Test your water heater circuit.. and then Test your tester on a known live source again.  (your making sure your tester has not failed keeping you safe.  Under no circumstances should you remove the covers until you know for a fact your electricity is off. (answer is not from an associate)

Hi, muunchldce! Just a heads up, you can go to managemyhome.com/mmh to get manuals on almost every single product that we've sold (and some we haven't!) If you're looking for information on a product on our website, use ONLY the model number on our website to plug into the search bar on managemyhome.com.

Here's the link to the manual you were looking for:

Hope this helped! :D

Thanks for that information, baitedandswitched! :) That's EXACTLY right! In fact, it gives you the exact, step by step, process on how to do it in the manual :)

Thanks again for your contribution to this community :) I learn a lot from you.
