I ordered this freezer online and had it shipped to the store for pick-up. I had a little difficulty finding the in-store pickup kiosk but once I found it, things could not have gone smoother or quicker. Two Sears' employees had the freezer loaded onto my truck within 10 minutes. The freezer was not too heavy, my sister and I were able to carry it together. The freezer itself is not too large but there is plenty of storage space inside. Does not make any loud noises when running and fit down our steps and into the basement without any problems. So far I'm really pleased with the purchase.
