Kenmore 700 Washing Machine —
Who ever thought that washing could be fun? Ok, so maybe it isn't fun, but it's a heck of a lot better than it was a month ago! For Christmas Santa brought us a Kenmore 700 Washer and Dryer and we haven't stopped doing laundry yet! It's a great machine that just keeps on amazing us with how well it gets clothes clean, how quiet it operates and how much laundry it can clean without throwing a fit like our old washer did.
One of the best features of the Kenmore 700 is all the water level selections (5) and all the temperature controls (another 5). No more wasting water just to wash a small load. You can choose exactly how much you need -- everything from extra small to extra large. Combine that with the automatic temperature control and when you select warm that is just what you get -- not just a simple mixing of the cold and hot, but a computer controlled mixing of the two to get you just the right temperature.
Another cool feature is the soil selector. You can select just how dirty your clothes are -- office work dirty or working in the fields dirty. It will then choose the best temperature and cycle length for you to get your clothes coming out as clean as possible.
Noise-wise, this thing is light years ahead of or our old washer. It isn't as quiet as a mouse -- but it doesn't shake the entire floor and wake the neighbors, either! It's got very good balance and anti-vibration features. No more "rumbling" of the floor everytime we do laundry.
Overall, we couldn't be happier and we'd happily recommend this to anyone looking for an excellent washer for a family that goes through a lot of clothes each week.
