“Don't ever buy a grill from the Augusta GA store”

Kenmore 700 sq. in. Total Cook Area Gas Grill, 48,000 BTU — 

We purchased this grill (brand new, non-floor model) from the Augusta store.  It  came looking like someone took a sledge hammer to it.  The delivery guy refused to take it back.  We get the run around for days.  Non of the managers can make a decision.  They kept pointing fingers at each other (between delivery and store).

We were promised a gril on a day before a cookout and we never got it resolved!  They have poor customer service.
