“Sears sucks”
I recently received this as a gift and was very excited. Come to find out this was too large for most of my windows and too small for 1 of my windows. Being bummed I was researching other options and found a casement style window. After getting my hopes up for a new air conditioner I called Sears.com to process an exchange. HaHaHaHa. An hour and a half later I was told they are unable to assist me and suggested I returned the product then purchase the one I was looking at. WAIT WAIT WAIT WHAT. I can't complete an exchange????? I will never do business with Sears and would highly suggest everyone reading this to do the same. This is my way of telling 10 people that according to Sears the customer is not always right and customer satisfaction is not guaranteed. I am sorry to all the craftsman tool customers but with this experience you may not get your lifetime guarantee tools replaced.
