“Good grill / Difficult Assembly”

Kenmore Blue 3-Burner Gas Grill with Side Burner — 

Let me start off by saying not to attempt to assemble this yourself if you are short on patience. Many of the screws they expect you to reach cannot be accessed by a human hand - I had to go buy a special Phillips head at a 90 degree angle at a hardware store to get into some of the tight spots. It took about three hours to assemble by myself, might have been two if I had help. Another problem I had is that the screws are poor quality and would strip almost immediately when I tried to tighten. Some screws come already attached to grill, and are tightened by machine, and will strip when you attempt to remove. Have patience and be VERY careful when putting together the side burner. This was a nightmare and took the longest to assemble. Another complaint is that the pictures did not match what the instructions were telling you to do, and the pictures were so small and undetailed, I didn't know if I was putting it together correctly. For example, the instructions would say to use a washer AND lock for certain things, and the picture would not, or the picture would show lock and washer when the instructions didn't. It was extremely frustrating. Please also note that the grill doesn't include a propane tank, which is odd but expected at this price point. Cooking went well, fired up immediately and cooked evenly. I cannot complain about the cooking. The grill is good and heavy, but does not have utensil hooks. I bought magnet grill hooks which work perfectly. The grill is only weeks old so I cannot comment on durability.
