Kenmore Built-In Dishwasher w/ Light & Fast Wash Cycles — 

I have used my Kenmore Quietguard Ultrawash for about 7 years now.  The dishwasher delivers a quiet wash cycle, clean dishes and dependable service.  I replaced my previous dishwasher because I wanted a quiet one.  This dishwasher definitely gave me what I wanted.  I also like the Sears Card payment plan options.

Horrible dishwasher! I bought in January 2009 and it quit working in October 2009. It doesn't drain. I have made 3 appointments to get it repaired. First one took 3 weeks before they could come out, only to have them cancel the night before. 2nd appointment 2 weeks later,no showed not even a phone call or an apology, was giving the runaround for hours that they were on their way, and then was told oh they closed hours ago! AAAAGHH THEN I MAKE ANOTHER APPT AND WAS told they would be out today from 8-12 am no show, called 10 times today and never got a call back letting me know when he is coming. Finally I told them I am not playing, this is beyond funny, they now say he is on his way but I have heard that numerous times. TRUST ME SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE & SAVE YOURSELF THE HEART ACHE KENMORE IS LOUSY. MY MOM HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE DRAINING & THEIR REPAIR SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT! HORRIBLE SERVICE & PRODUCTS!!!!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE I know i will.
