Kenmore Built-In Dishwasher w/ Light & Fast... Reviews

Kenmore dishwashers are great for cleaning the dishes, but their most valuable ability is that for sterilizing the dishes.  At this time of the year when the weather is cold and the flu and cold season is at it's peak, it is nice to know that you are not catching all those nasty germs from the very dishes that you use at each meal throughout the day.  The dishwasher is not only for dish maintenance, but also health maintenance!

LOVE...LOVE...LOVE this dishwasher!!!!!  You don't have to worry about whether or not you ran the hot water before starting any cycle here!!!  Just load, lock, and love the way it cleans and sanitizes your dishes!!! The pot scrubber feature is a joy!  I particularly appreciate the delay start.  and because it's a Kenmore, it lasts!!!!    BUY IT...YOU'LL LIKE IT!!!

Does the job well. Not as quiet as we expected, but the efficiency is good.

I have used my Kenmore Quietguard Ultrawash for about 7 years now.  The dishwasher delivers a quiet wash cycle, clean dishes and dependable service.  I replaced my previous dishwasher because I wanted a quiet one.  This dishwasher definitely gave me what I wanted.  I also like the Sears Card payment plan options.

This is my first Kenmore dishwasher, I can not believe how quiet it is and ease of use. The "Smart Wash" cycle is great, and my dishes and glases were spotless.

I am very pleased with it and happy that I had faith in the Sears Brands.

This model is quiet and effecient, has done a great job for us in our home.

Solid Dishwasher

I purchased this Kenmore dishwasher to replace an old Maytag that was no longer working, and I decided to go with a Kenmore because of their reliability. Overall this is a good dishwasher; it does not have all the latest and greatest features such as fold down tines or turbo jets, however in terms of washing dishes it does a pretty good job. This dishwasher is not the quietest model available, but it's the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. I've also noticed that it will not removed caked-on food very well, so those of you looking to blast away your pots & pans this one may not be for you (please... read full review »

Good for Price

I actually bought two of these dishwashers - one for parents and one for myself. I liked everything about it except I wanted it quieter. I returned mine and I got a top of the line Sears to get it quieter. My parents did not want to change the one I got them. The one I have now has stainless steal interior and is quieter but cost much more. For the price, I think it is excellent but would suggest getting at least the Deluxe Quietness which is only a little bit more. The giant tub feature of new models such as this one allows more dishes to be put in it.

As Promised! Very quiet and efficient

I've had my dishwasher for almost four months. Overall I am very happy with it. Last week, for the first time, I found it necessary to run during the day while I was at home -- most of the time I didn't even notice it was running. (I live in a small condo, with my living room, dining room and kitchen a great-room setup - so it was never far from me as it went through its cycles.) I've been very satisfied with its performance - only once did I have food stuck on some silverware -- and I do not remember what or why I felt it had not been removed, but recall saying to myself, "oh, yeah, not surprised."... read full review »

Great machine

Would recommend to anyone that has a dishwasher over 5 years old. The newer models are MUCH quieter. My old Kenmore dishwasher still worked fine, but the baskets were rusted out. It would cost about $250.00 for new baskets, so we decided it was time for a new one!!!

I purchased my Kenmore stainless interior after my 5 year old expensive Dishwasher's computer board malfunctioned.  I find the model #13902 very quiet and efficent and am very pleased with the various selections included for short wash, heavy wash, pots and pans, etc. The Kenmore was $200.00 less than my old dishwasher and is just as efficent and quiet as the other one was.

Love the interior

I love the arrangement inside the dishwasher. It is easy to put bowls, plates, pitchers, and large items anywhere on th ebottom rack. The utensil holder as similarly versatile.
