This product I got from Sears is one of the best smooth top cleaners I have ever used. I used it and my stove top looked like it was brand new! Compared to the other cleaners I've used in the past this one blows away the competition. When I am finished with this bottle, i am going back to get another one.
The Cooktop Cleaning Cream sold in the appliance section of Sears stores is, without a doubt, the finest cleaning product for smooth-top ranges that I have ever seen.
I have tried many other products for the same purpose, and none of them worked as well. They were either too difficult to wipe off, didn't clean well enough or left an undesirable residue on the cooktop.
The Kenmore cooktop cleaning cream does an amazing job. Not only does it clean, but it also buffs out small scratches. After using it, our glass cooktop always looks like new. Before using this cleaner, we tried everything we could think of to clean our cooktop with limited success. The Kenmore cleaner is clearly the best product for the job.
Do you ever find yourself doing things the same way, thinking that there has to be an easier way? Cleaning stove tops is one of those things. We are so grateful that we don't have to clean drip pans any longer we often neglect to take care of our cook tops. Cleaning with soapy water or even plain water works well enough for awhile, but the cook tops need to be reconditioned with Kenmore Cleaning Cream specifically designed for cooktop stoves. I have been buying this product since 1999 when we bought our first home. We're in our 3rd home and I still buy it. I'm one of those who sticks with a product if it works. Reasonably priced and lasts a long time.
I highly recommend this product. You guys should try it out.
I have been using this product for a couple of years and it cleans well. If there is something burnt on, no cleaner on its own will take it off. You will need to scrape it off first. But, for all the other cleaning, this one is top notch.
We bought a razor and buff cloth kit and combined it with this cream and I have seen amazing results. Our black top was always streaked after cleaning. I use the razor to remove built on food, then the cream with a sponge and then wash it off. Once try buff it with the cloth. Perfect! Back to new! And what a great price to boot. I love this product. My only complaint is I wish it were mroe readily available in our area of NC. 5 stars!
Kenmore Cooktop Cleaning Cream is the best thing I've found so far that really cleans the top of my range! It doesn't scratch the surface like some other abrasive cleaners. I used to use a razor blade but this is safer. I now have a range that looks as good as it did when I bought it.
This is the only cleaner we'll use for thoroughly cleaning our glass cooktop (we use glass cleaner for daily cleaning). It's also good for getting coffee, berry, and other stains off the formica countertop. It works best if you can let it sit for a while--a half hour or so--before scrubbing with a plastic cleaning pad.
