I bought a Sears Elite glass cooktop, and it was delivered broken 3 times in a row. The item was refused an taken away at the time of each delivery. To make matters worse, Sears won't credit my account- their records show that the cooktop is in my possession, which is absurd. I guess I will have to go to small claims court or report this to the better buisness bureau. I'll do whatever it takes- but what a nightmare. I am writing this to save somebody from going through the same thing.
