“Even before, when this was stainless steel, the heat was low.”

I still liked this grill last year, when it was stainless steel and had two side shelves.  The only thing it could have been better abou itt was the heat. It takes 20 minutes to heat up and it never gets above about 325-350F and is worse the winter.  So if want a really hot grill this needs to have...

“Father's Day Gift”

My husband wanted an electric grill - something quick and portable, so for Father's Day, my son and I picked out this Kenmore grill for him (decent name brand and nice looking). “The Kenmore Electric Grill Is A Piece of Garbage”

Fails to heat up properly even after 40 minutes. This continued after a 3 hour service call when all heating parts were replaced. I have an extended warranty and dealing with customer service is also a problem. NOW IT IS TOTALLY BROKEN
