“Do not buy Kenmore washer and dryers!”

Kenmore Elite —

I bought the top of the line Kenmore Elite washer and dryer 3 1/2 years ago. Last year my washer broke. It was under warranty, but I had to go to the laundry mat for 6 months until they finally replace my machine with a new one because Sears could not get the part the needed to repair my machine. That machine was 2 years old. Now I am having problems with my dryer. The control pannel keeps on beeping and flashing numbers when nothing is even in the machine! When clothes are in the machine, it also beeps. I will never buy Kenmore from Sears again. I have to call now and waste my time waiting for someone to come check out my machine. I just hope I don't have to go back to the scary laurymat anymore.
