Let me tell you this is the best and most useful appliance we have ever bought. We never use our oven anymore! We have cooked anything and everything in this thing and it never ceases to amaze me. Don't be fooled by all the fancy cooking modes and inteligent sensor that can tell when your food is cooked. This is a terrific microwave. Almost NEVER use my oven anymore. Easy to use, but does require you read the directions if you want to use it to its full capacity. I'd give it 5 stars, except the light burned out inside and its almost impossible to change it. Otherwise, worth every penny. P.S. I've owned this for 2 years now with NO issues other than the light bulb.

I enjoy this new appliance - The quality is outstanding - The only feature missing is an inside light feature. I took for granted an interior light would be a standard feature for any oven and/or microwave.

Very good unit. I installed it myself and had no problems. Runs as advertised. The only feature I would suggest Sears change is the exhaust fan. It is set to sense heat and when I operate the back burner on my gas range, it causes the fan to come on...on high. If Sears would at least allow it to come on on low that would be an improvement. This would not keep me from buying the unit. The rep. at the store, Jim, was great.
