Very good unit. I installed it myself and had no problems. Runs as advertised. The only feature I would suggest Sears change is the exhaust fan. It is set to sense heat and when I operate the back burner on my gas range, it causes the fan to come on...on high. If Sears would at least allow it to come...

Don't be fooled by all the fancy cooking modes and inteligent sensor that can tell when your food is cooked. Just a few examples:
*Reheating Mode: very slow, and in the end, some of your food is very hot, other parts of the food are still cool inside

It's a great microwave oven with lots of capacity as long as you bother you go through the manual once. Even if you don't though, the usual modes are easy to figure out and in many cases it can replace the regular oven. My only problem has been the inside light that went out a year after the purchase and I have been unable to replace it. Other than that it's a highly recommended purchase.
Just had the Microwave Hood Combo installed today- we already love this appliance. The only issue is the lack of light in the interior- I took for granted that this product would have a standard interior light- and it is something that I know I am going to miss from my previous microwave.
This is a terrific microwave. Almost NEVER use my oven anymore. Easy to use, but does require you read the directions if you want to use it to its full capacity. I'd give it 5 stars, except the light burned out inside and its almost impossible to change it. Otherwise, worth every penny. P.S. I've owned this for 2 years now with NO issues other than the light bulb.
Let me tell you this is the best and most useful appliance we have ever bought. We never use our oven anymore! We have cooked anything and everything in this thing and it never ceases to amaze me. I consider this a must have for any active family! I do wish it came with an extra metal tray; ours is always dirty and sitting in the dishwasher. We use a round pizza stone in this unit as well.
I enjoy this new appliance - The quality is outstanding - The only feature missing is an inside light feature. I took for granted an interior light would be a standard feature for any oven and/or microwave.
Just had it installed and appears to work well. Delivery personnel were professional and considerate.
