I would not recommend buying this freezer. Six months after the warranty had expired, a communication error message appeared on the digital display on the door. “disappointed”

Due to Sears not delivering in my area, I drove 126 miles round trip to pick up my new freezer and over a half a tank of gas. When I removed the freezer from the box, I found both sides of the freezer had been dented by improper lifting of the unit above the lower instructed area. I will either have to learn to live with it or spend another Saturday driving to Sears to take it back and another half tank of gas, money out of my pocket. The unit is loud. “Great Value”

I bought this freezer last month and so far its performance has been excellent. It's quiet and seemingly efficient. I have no complaints at this time, as it is serving the purpose for which I bought it.

“It's a keeper”

Features are fabulous - I like the quick freeze feature after a party when there is a lot of "air temperature" food to put away. This was the smallest size I could find that had everything I wanted. Luckily, I got it on sale with free delivery which made the cost more manageable. Great quality.

“New Upright Freezer”

We have only had it less than a month but it seems to be working great and fulfills all my freezing needs.

“Nice”

Nice freezer, turned it on and it got to temp in a very short time. Only thing I dislike is the bottom basket. It should be on wheels or have wheels and a runner, as it is it just slides out but im afraid once its loaded with items it will scratch the bottom.

“PoorChoice”

I have had a horrible experience with this freezer. All components replaced in an attempt to repair including the entire door.
