Kenmore Elite Chest Freezer

We got the Kenmore Elite 19.7 cu ft chest freezer over the regular 19.7 ft model because it was eligible for 0% APR. I'm now glad we got it because it doesn't build up frost. We live on the Gulf coast (very humid), and keep it in the garage - 8 months and not a bit of frost on the unit! The compressor is on the left side of the unit, and it does get quite hot during the summer (~100�F outside, the side's probably 130-140�), which is a problem when we lean over that side to get stuff (that's the side we have closest to the door). Other than that, I have no complaints - it's big (I'd say it has enough room for a family of 6 or so), quiet, and it was a good price for it's size (we got it on sale for $549).
