Very Nice Freezer

We purchased this freezer to stock up on food and receive bulk prices. It is a roomy freezer and has no frost build-up after 1 month of use. I like that this model has a drain hose feature to make cleaning/defrosting easier when it comes time (at this rate, it will likely be a long time before we have to do that). The temperature alarm is a nice, reassuring feature as well. It does run very quiet, which I appreciate. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase, especially since I was able to get it on sale for $559 with free delivery and 0% for 12 months.

Chest Freezer

We purchased this freezer with 0% financing for one year. On a whole, I am very satisfied with the freezer. It had everything I wanted in a freezer, the price was right (on sale) and it freezes quickly. It is very quiet running, you can't even hear it and the frost is very slow to build up. I am very pleased with this freezer with the exception that the baskets are plastic and are a little difficult to slide when there is any frost on the sides.

The compressor is on the left side of the unit, and it does get quite hot during the summer (~100F outside, the side's probably 130-140), which is a problem when we lean over that side to get stuff (that's the side we have closest to the door). Other than that, I have no complaints - it's big... read full review »
