This microwave has some great features and I love using the dial control. I love the melt and soften feature for butter, cream cheese and chocolate. Never again will you burn chocolate or have to use a double boiler on the stove top. The defrost and reheat features are some of the best that I have run across. They aren't perfect but pretty close. I kind of miss the minute plus feature of most microwaves but I can achieve the same goal with two hits of the 30 second botton..just a little extra work. I too have experienced some difficulty w/ the turn table. It self corrects and I haven't had to have any repair work done...but the loud noise of it banging inside the microwave when it goes off the track can really scare an unsuspecting person. Thankfully it is a rare occurence. Other then this small irritation....I love everything else about this microwave.Kenmore Elite 2.0 cu. ft. Microhood Combination with Even Glide Plus Turntable
