We've only had it three days, but I LOVE this fridge. It's so convenient, love the space, the look, the convenience of the drawers, water dispenser, slide outs and more! I don't think we'll go back to a side by side. Bought it in store and our sales lady was FANTASTIC!

Overall a great product. Have been totally satisfied - until I tried to take the bottom drawers and shelf out to clean. What were they thinking! They need women engineers to design these products. Only they would understand the difficulty and taking the shelves out. The roller wheels broke off (yes I followed the directions to the T). This is a design flaw. Big design flaw. I'm hoping super glue works, but ??? I believe Sears actually owes me for this part - the whole bottom shelf.
