“Great online customer care team”
The SearsCares team is the greatest customer service team i ever met, i had to say they are much better than the customer call center which lacks any willing to help. I posted the complain on this web site about my 2 and 1/2 year-old Kenmore Elite 22.4 cu ft. Bottom Freezer refrigerator whose light stay on after the door closed. Due to the unhappy experience with the call center, i did not expect any responses from the company after posting. But i was wrong. I received the email from the representative offering the help two days' after. During the phone conversation, we do feel the attitude is totally different. They are very professional, having the great knowledge of their products and known issues, understood customer’s concerns very well, and WILLING to offer help. Also, they follow up the issue very good. I received many calls from them to make sure every step is ok. I’m a happy customer now. The technician came over last weekend, the repair parts were ordered. I’m confident the problem will be fixed next week once parts coming.
