“The Kenmore Elite is perfect, capacious and easy to organize.”

I was looking for a 25 cu. ft., with French doors, but they were all too big to fit my space. The Kenmore Elite was a compromise, but has proved perfect. It has the deli drawer I was looking for and 2 wonderfully deep veggie drawers. Both the freezer and fridge hold everything in a very organized manner....

“Garbage”

What a piece of wasted money. We had it for two months and now the refrigerator will not stay cold. I have done everything on the manual and it still does not work. “The Kenmore Bottom Freezer Refrigerator is THE ONE!”

As a loyal Kenmore customer I have not been disappointed in this Refrigerator/Freezer.  This is my first bottom freezer and I am very pleased with the convenience of having the fridge at eye level.  The interior is so adjustable that even the oddest size container can be made to fit.

“Great online customer care team”

The SearsCares team is the greatest customer service team i ever met, i had to say they are much better than the customer call center which lacks any willing to help. I posted the complain on this web site about my 2 and 1/2 year-old Kenmore Elite 22.4 cu ft. Bottom Freezer refrigerator whose light stay on after the door closed. Due to the unhappy experience with the call center, i did not expect any responses from the company after posting. But i was wrong. “Good product for price”

I purchased my unit nearly a year ago...and it has been an excellent refrigerator. Quiet...plenty of room...and I like the bottom freezer. Ice maker works great and I've had no problems at all. Only thing I miss is an inside water filter. I installed one on the back, but an interior one is so much easier to change/check. Otherwise, this is a very good unit, especially for the price. Many cost 20%$ to50% more with the same or even fewer features.

“Great except for one thing...”

My refrigerator was delivered May 11, 2007. The technician came out a week later to reverse the door because that got left off the slip and was not done prior to delivery. One of the light bulbs was not working so he also checked to make sure that the socket was working correctly. The manual was not correct on how to remove the light shield and it took him about 20 minutes to figure out how to remove the light shield but he finally got it off and discovered that the bulb had burned out. “Bad Customer Service But Excellent Product!”

We have had this product for a week and the freezer door handle is already loose. So far I have just had to tighten it with an allen wrench. It did not come with a beverage rack as it states in specs, so I have been fighting with Sears to have one sent out. They say it should not have one. I do love the sleek style & bottom freezer. No more bending down to clean out spoiled food that we forgot was in the back of the fridge. “Amazing Refrigerator”

I purchased this refrigerator in April 2007 and love it! It is quiet and beautiful. The inside is spacious and airy. I especially like the fact the sides of the fridge are gray instead of black. The stainless steel fridge blends well with my stainless steel stove from kenmore. Also, I don't use the icemaker and like the alarm feature when the door is open to long. I'm pleased that kenmore made this fridge to fit my refrigerator space. Otherwise, I would have had to order the 18" cu. ft.

“Fantastic Refrigerator”

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It is very spacious and the freezer on the bottom is a wonderful feature. I would recommend this fridge without any hesitation.

“Does not stay cold”

We returned this frig after one week because it would not stay cold. The problem is faulty door closing. Also the cold controls are difficult to see because of door light. Looks great but works lousy.

“Wonderful product”

This appliance is the BEST item in my house. We love it! No more bending down, trying to see inside. Well lit ,spacious and keeps food icy cold. We turn the icemaker off often as it makes ice so fast. I can't brag on it enough! Wonderful product.
