“Where is the "elite"?”

Kenmore Elite 24.5 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with PUR Ultimate II Water Filtration — 

I am extremely dissitisfied with this refrigerator. The top shelf freezes whatever is there and I only leave bottled waters now which I rotate when frozen. The humidity in the vegetables compartment is high and it affects the produce. When I open the door there is always a piece falling off from the side. I am unable to use the bottom shelf at all because it does not hold bottles or cans. Extremely incovenient to clean. How do you slide the baskets out? I juggled the one underneath the deli container and somehow managed to pull it out, but now I can not put it back in. Do yourself a favor...buy something else!!!!!
