Kenmore Elite 24 in. Elite Built-In Dishwasher w/ Ultra Wash HE Filtration —

My Whirlpool was very old, came with the house.  Was looking for a replacement, trying to stick with Whirlpool, but were getting bad reviews on this website.  So, this one caught my eye.  A little bit more than I wanted to spend, the reviews were 60/40, but it is a JD Power suggested purchase, so I got it.

OK, you shell out money for a major appliance, you really do not know what you are getting until you get it home.

Well, I have it home, installed it myself, and WOW.  Not only does this product look elegant, but it cleans very well.

PRO's: QUIET (is this thing running?), Giant tub (holds a full size collander in the bottom rack - my hold one would get in the way of the upper spray arm), top and bottom racks are enormous, Stainless Steel Tub, Smart Wash, very good looking dishwasher.

CONS: Performance wise, none yet.  My only complaint is that you will have to buy the adapter that fits to the home water supply (90 degree 3/4 hose to 3/8 water supply).  Might I suggest Sears Part# 22 11001, Dishwasher Installation kit ($19.99).  Now, this dishwasher is a Kenmore Elite, is over $900, and should come with all of the pieces necessary for installation. 

Sears Delivery guys were early again, installation was very easy (once I had all of the pieces), and I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.  Very confused at all of the negative reviews out here for this dishwasher.  She is a beauty and I am very happy that I bought this!
