The good is it looks good and is a quality product.
The bad, not enough clearance behind the unit for gas and electric connections. I had to reroute my gas line in order for the unit to slide all the way in. We bought the black one. It is the hardest stove top to clean that I have ever owned. I can't...

Clock display (LED) defective at installation and required replacement circuit card. Good thing I opted to purchase the Protection Agreement. //
The oven and convectional oven are the only part of the product that I love. I have had the stove for 2years now and the 1st summer I canned peppers and the front right burner top all spidered and cracked. They replaced it, but this summer it's doing the same thing & they will only replace it once. Now I'm stuck with a $1500 stove that does not look so nice in my 2yr old kitchen.
It also is the hardest stove I ever had to keep CLEAN. My color is bisque and it has little black specks around the burners. It seems to me that the porcelain top will not except the HEAT that the burners put out, when...

I have same cooktop cleaning trouble, I found a winner, grill cleaner, it worked beautiful for the black cooktop, took off baked on messes and made it look like new....
Within the first 30 days the oven broke, so sears odered a new range. When they brought this one and set it up and the oven won't even turn on-got my money back will not purchase anthor Sear's item again-
