After installation, both the upper and lower ovens operated properly in the bake mode. They then underwent a self-clean cycle, after which the upper oven would no longer reach bake temperature. The oven is being replaced.
We're also having trouble with a Sears dryer less than a year old. Is this a sign of declining Sears quality, or is this par for the course?
after only having for 3 months and only used abut 4 times the hinges of the top oven door broke. I had to wait 2 months before the part came for them to repair. A few months later the lights went out, they had to replace the all circuit in order to fix it and that took 5 times. I had done my kitchen over and bought all Kenmore Elite, double wall ovens, cooktop and 2 drawer dishwasher. the cooktop stainless steel rim has come unglued even after was repaired once. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes very well.
