Kenmore Elite 420 Series Water Softener —

My water softener worked great... up until the warranty expired. Then one electronic component went out after another. If you need a water softener for more then 2 years, then I would highly recommend getting something other then a Kenmore.

if you bought this unit, your electronics have a 3 year warranty built in so it should have been covered
