Kenmore Elite HE3t Steam 4.0 cu. ft. King Size Capacity Plus Front Load Washer —
We have had three of these washers in our home so far. The first one came with a broken drum. We suspected there was a problem with the machine when it was on it's spin cycle, and it sounded like there was a freight train going through our home. We had a Sears guy delivering a completely different appliance, and he heard it on it's spin cycle, and asked to take a look at it. He opened the door and shook the drum around, and told us it was delivered broken. We had a replacement delivered, and it worked fine at first, but after a couple weeks, it started doing the same thing. We just had our third washer delivered this morning, and the delivery guy said he has had to replace most of these washers at least once. He even had a 4 month stretch where every single one they delivered had some sort of defect. He recommended we consider going back to the store and buy a Samsung.
