We bought the Kenmore Elite HE5t about six months ago and I didn't want to review it until we had a chance to break it in (and make sure it didn't break-down.) The first unit delivered was DOA, but Sears was out to exchange it the next day and the second one has worked flawlessly. The dispensers are at a good height to fill without bending over too far; the machine holds plenty of dirty clothes, sheets, towels and even several painting drop cloths. It is quiet and for the normal cycle it completes in about 20 minutes (vs. the 30+ our old machine used to take.) We love the fact that it has a setting for releasing Oxi cleaner and the kids clothing cycle really gets our 5 year old son's clothes perfectly clean. All in all I couldn't recommend this washer more to anyone (and in fact have done so to most of my friends.)
