This is an amazing dryer, it was delivered on my granddaughters graduation day and her gown was in the package and wrinkled, we tried the new steam feature on the dryer and her gown turned out great, not a wrinkle one. We have since used the dryer through many loads although it is less than a month old....

When this dryer works, it works well. It has a wonderfully large capacity which is why I bought it. It also makes a good mate for the Oasis washers. Beware though that there is an inherent timer problem. In the automatic cycles it gets "stuck" and will not cool down, hence a LOT of shrunk clothes....

I researched for months before purchasing a washer/dryer. Finally decided on the canyon capacity because of the size. Washer - big disappointment; Dryer is fair. The default for drying is the medium setting and almost alway have to adjust to more dryness. I often get a code 44 when opening and closing dryer door during load. Have to cancel cycle and start over when this happens. Clothes can easily become wrinkled if I don't catch early in the cycle. Once certain cycles are set, you cannot adjust controls. You have to cancel and start over. NOT a practical design.
We bought the dryer along with the washer. Dryer works great...no problem with the timed cycle. Dries fast...so quick that it's finished before the next wash load. Drier is quiet...laundry room is right next to family room and we can't even hear it. It's nice to have the buzzer volume option. Low volume is quiet and not obnoxious as in other machines. We only wish the mate washer worked as well.
We bought this dryer in Jan 2007- the fancy auto cycles (as mentioned in other reviews) never worked. The timer would get stuck and would over heat all our clothes. Called Sears several times and had repairs done 3 times and no luck. We are getting a replacement dryer this week. I am willing to give this dryer another shot- we shall see if I regret this decision or not. Sears has been great about sending repair men and offered a replacement when I called for a repair this time. Wish us luck on dryer #2.
We bought the dryer last night and as of this morning it still will not dry a load of towels. The timer appears to be stuck, it is not quiet at all and it does not heat.
We were impressed with the features and the size, but are left with a very bad impression so far. Hopefully a repair will be quick and forthcoming. Although when you pay for something you expect to get to use it before you have to repair it.
This dryer is great. I bought it with the matching washer and I love it. It dries my clothes in half the time as my old dryer.
I bought this dryer as a mate to my new Oasis washer. The dryer is fabulous.
The automatic cycles are great and work perfectly. The time and heat adjustments are simply unbeatable.
The damp dry cycle is great especially so that your blue jeans don't over dry and not fit when you put them on.
The lint filter warning is great and it has the best lint filter set up of any dryer Ive owned.
The huge capacity is great and I can put a full load in from the Oasis Washer and It is already dry before the washer has even finished the next load.

The Oasis dryer is Great. I purchased it with the Oasis washer and I couldn't be happier. Should I have a problem, Sears always stands behind their products.
Love the huge drum!!!!Dries clothes very fast. Really like the porcelain top.

I bought the Oasis dryer to accompany my new Oasis washer. I love how fast the dryer dries and my clothes feel wonderful. The Automatic cycles are great!
