google kenmore elite oasis bearings. Mine failed in 13 months

Month 11 started getting loud on spin cycle.  Month 12.  Little louder.  Month 13, out of warranty, now sounds like a jet landing in the utility room.  Called for service.  125 for service call plus 200 for parts.

Before you buy this be warned:  all you need to do is google kenmore elite oasis bearing.  The results say it all.  Sears does not care.

Shop somewhere else.  It's no wonder that sears is losing customers.

well, I am a little confused about her review.She evidentally must have not had the washer leveled with the floor.One thing that I can think of. Or at one time she could have overloaded the washer and that can start big probelems. Depends on the person loading a washer.Some will put in to much(way) and that will start probelems real soon. This is from what my husband says, as he is a repairman ,a nd knows how to install, and repair.

ALL THE REVIEWS ARE GOOD,NO ONE ANY BETTER THAN THE OTHER.IF YOU WILL CHECK BACK TO 1976,YOU WILL FIND I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AND CARD OWNER TO 2006.I FIND ALL OF SEARS PRODUCTS TO BE OF OUTSTANDING QUALITY.
