“Oasis POS”
Since I purchased this machine I have had to replace the mother board twice, the water valves once, and it is down again. I have had it about three years, the first failure occured really quick. I took Sears a month to get the parts to their contract repair people. About one year later it failed. Sears could not respond for several weeks, so we bought the repair via an independent applicance repair company, that one lasted about one year. Now it is down again. Due I fix it? Do I take it to Sears and leave it on their door steps? Do I buy a new simplier washer that doesn't have all the electronix? My last Kenmore lasted 20+ years, I gave it away to some less fortunate souls when I bought this electronic gadget. I noticed on this website that the good reviews tended to be relatively recently acquired washers. Maybe Sears has fixed the bugs. I have an older one. Should I try again (about $400 each mother board) or buy a washer from a pawn shop? Sears said today, it would take two weeks to respond.
When it works we like it, but it costs so much and is not reliable.
