Kenmore Elite Oasis HE 4.7 cu. ft. Top-Load Washing Machine (2806) —

Purchsed the Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washer and dryer 2 years ago. The washer does not get clothes clean, have to wash each load twice. Where is the energy savings????? Clothes are twisted so tight that it is difficult to remove from the washer causing terrible wrinkling. The agitator plate in the bottom was replaced and nothing improved. The dryer does not "fluff" small loads, they remain wrinkled. Now the light in the dryer drum turns off and on beeping constantly. Informed Sears about the twisted clothes and all they said was thank you for the info.
