Kenmore Elite Oasis HE 4.7 cu. ft. Top-Load Washing Machine (2806) —

I loved this washer until I started getting error codes. I bought an extended warranty. 3 boards were changed on it, shocks were changed on it, a different basket ring was replaced. It also leaked. I had rust on the bottom of the washer and between the top and the body of the washer. My floor is ruined. I need to put in a new floor. However, this washing machine was wonderful when it worked. It blew a board in a storm, and we had trouble ever since. I am getting a new washer, and I chose not to get a second one of these. I recommend this if what we got was a lemon. I hope other people don't get lemons. It is a wonderful machine when it works.

I was at one time your most loyal customer. Anymore, I am afraid to put an large amount of money in anything sears sells.
I have all kenmore products in my home (except for the oasis washing machine that broke down again. I paid good money for this washing machine and also bought the longest warranty possible.
When it was delivered, the very strange looking men that delivered it dented the oasis dryer and tore my vinyl floor in my kitchen. I got a replacement dryer but it was also dented. I kept it because I had been without for a while. Customer service informed me I could get another replacement and they would credit my account for $100 to fix the tear in the vinyl, I suppose someone just told me this because I never received any credit.
My washing machine has been worked on numerous times and I went without a way to clean my clothes at least two weeks every time it went on the blink.
When it come time to renew the extended warranty they wanted to charge me $300 for a year. Sounds like you have a lot of confidence in your machine. HaHa.
Do not waste your money on oasis he machines they are ripoffs.
