I recently replaced a 10 year old Sharp Carousel with the Model 721.66469 Kenmore Elite Microwave. I did all the research and shopped at ******, Sam's and ******** before I made this purchase. I was looking for a microwave that had all the features of my old Sharp, at least as powerful and fit in the same area.
I brought the microwave home, unpacked it a read the instructions. My wife and I noticed how well the unit was packaged. There was no shipping damage, scratches, marks or dust on it.

Great one touch options that actually cook the food in the given time.
