Kenmore Miser 6 —

Simple... Sears should be investigated by the Attorney General's office from each State for questionabe business practices regarding ther warranty services. As a public company, I wonder if the SEC is aware of their tactics. Their excuses are certainly scripted. I was given the exact same responses and excuses as claimed by other customers.

Shame on you... and don't come to us when you file for Bankruptcy...
