Until Monday I would have given this product 5 stars. It's 3 years old. Never had a problem. More than adequate for our household of four. Then suddenly no hot water. I checked the manual. Hit the reset. Nothing. $168 for twenty minutes of work to replace the thermostat. The previous water heater in this house lasted 18 years without a problem. What has happened to reliability of appliances?
