Kenmore Power Miser 12 - 55 gal.

I've had this unit for 9 years but have to replace it due to Hurricane Ike (it works but insurance wants to replace it due to salt water exposure). I will be buying another Power Miser 12. The original one never gave me problems and was extremely well insulated. Once, I turned off the circuit breaker that powers it and went out of town for a weekend. 48 hours later the water was still hot - not warm, hot. I recommend this water heater.
