wrong spec's

i purchased this waterheater went over the spec's with sales tech it was suposed to be 62 in in height and when plumber took it out of box it was 67.5 in he said sears has changed manufactures on some heaters but they havent changed the spec's to reflect that as of at least today 11/14/2007 BEWARE BEWARE OF FAULTY SPECS
