This expensive water heater with a 12 year warranty worked fine for 5 years, then started leaking. Sears agreed to replace it but I have to pay the $300+ to install it. A comedy of errors followed and 4 days later I still have no replacement. I will take the "free" replacement but will never buy another Kenmore water heater.
