Kenmore Power Miser 12, 75 gallon Natural Gas Water Heater —
My old Sears 65 gallon heater had a 12 year warranty and made it 18 years. Sears replaced it the same day I called. It takes 2 people to haul out a mineral encrusted 65 gallon heater from a basement, and they sent 2 people out with the new water heater. The total cost with bring the new installation up to code, hauling out the old one and removal came to $1,000. No one else was open at 7 A.M. when I discovered my problem. Sears was my only choice. I have had no problems for the 2 years since the installation, so it looks like I made a good call. I wish water heaters had a built in warning as they approach the end of their life.Kenmore Power Miser 12, 75 gallon Natural Gas Water Heater
