“Water Heater Replacement”
Kenmore Power Miser 12, 75 gallon Natural Gas Water Heater —
I replaced a leaking 13 year old AO Smith 75 gallon water heater with the Sears. It was a slow leak so I had time to shop around. Sears had the best price (on sale at the time I bought it) and I like the idea of the dip tube that swirls the water to keep the sediment from collecting on the bottom. I also like the idea that it came with an additional anode that can be replaced in the future. I rated the durability as high since I believe the anode and the swirl feature will help it last longer Hot water and recovery time are not an issue even with 2 showers and a dishwasher and washing machine running at the same time. When our kids come to stay for a visit (they live out of town) we always have enough hot water.
