“Excellent unit for the money”

Kenmore Power Miser 12, 75 gallon Natural Gas Water Heater — 

I replaced a 50 gallon RUUD with this unit. The installation was relatively easy, the water heater is heavy, so plan on having two people to lift it into place if it is going in a garage. Also plan on replacing your vent pipes. Now for the good stuff. This is a nice looking water heater. It recovers amazingly fast. I have run two showers, a washing machine, and a dishwasher all at the same time...and still had plenty of hot water. It is also surprisingly compact, it is just a little larger than my old 50 gallon water heater. I would highly recommend this water heater to anybody that has teenagers.
