The team who installed the heater was very helpful and had done a good job.
We purchased this recently. My husband had no problem installing it himself, and it worked great.
Installed about 3 1/2 years ago and havent had a problem with it yet.I had to raise the area it sits on do to the shorter height but I got it like half off(scratch and dent discounted)
This Kenmore water heater was the perfect size to replace my old one, so I was able to install it myself with just a change of
adapters at the water heater. It is performing exactly as expected, and it is an attractive color also(Pacific Blue).
The unit has a spark-creating ignitor, so it did not require
a match or small torch in order to get the pilot lit. The pilot &
burner are located in a nicely sealed area because of this. The
pilot started burning on the second attempt, and looks like it
will simply keep going unless I intervene by turning off the gas.
