I love my hot water heater that I bought from Sears. The service was great and the value is always there. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a big family. This water heater has good recovery time and does the job for a family of 6. Kenmores are the top of the line even in todays standards....

Fair price however don't try to make a warranty claim if you have an issue. My tank rusted out in a little under four years and when I called the "Warranty" hot line I got a real run around for almost two hours.
